Notice of Price Increase

*EFFECTIVE: 15 JANUARY, 2007

Robinson Helicopter Company will be announcing the 2007 prices for all new R44 helicopters ordered after

January 15, 2007. All orders with signed purchase agreements and addendum and non-refundable deposits

received by the factory on or before January 15, 2007 will be sold at the current price provided the customer

agrees to accept delivery prior to April 1, 2007 or as soon as available thereafter. Orders received after

January 15, 2007 will be processed at the 2007 prices.
